Everyone, at one point or another, think they're alone in what they're doing. That the world is going to judge you by the marks on your body. Truth is, if they were to judge you, they'd be judging so many others alike. When people think about cutting, teenagers come to mind. It's a fact. I know a lot of people who think that teenagers who are depressed and have no "life" only cut themselves. That is so far from the truth. Adolecents, Adults, even elders hurt themselves. No one would think that celebrities hurt themselves, when really, there are some who do.
